Wow, this really works. I used to get muscle cramps a lot at night, but even in the daytime. When I would start to put on my shoes or even just get up to walk. Now I use this method and this exercise stops them in their tracks.
I also use the Liquid Magnesium and it helps as a preventative. I notice when my Salt intake is too low, I get more cramps too. So if I up my salt intake just a little they stop.
